Hi! I'm Ajeé ([Uh-JEE] think Renee but with different letters, however a lot of folks call me Ajax). 😎 I'm the baker, decorator, and creative force behind Baked by the Bay - a home-based bakery serving the East Bay Area. 👩🏽‍🍳

Launched in early 2025, my little business is still growing, just like me - everything that I make is crafted with love & the hope it will bring someone joy. 🥰

I've always been an artist at heart, so baking allows me to blend creativity with flavor in a way both meaningful and delicious. 🎨 I love to put a modern twist on classic favorites. Imagine grandma's recipes with an elevated look. 🤤

•Classic Round Pops - dipped and drizzled with your choice of colors - $36 per dozen (1 flavor per dozen)

•Cakesicle Pops - Larger pops in a fun popsicle shape, great for more detailed themes & decorations. - $48 per dozen (1 flavor per dozen)

•Custom Shapes & Designs -

Includes hearts, stars, etc. and detailed decoration - Starting at $54 per dozen – final price depends on complexity

•Classic Cookies - Chocolate chip, peanut butter, snickerdoodle, sugar -$20/dozen

•Premium Cookies - M&M, funfetti, cookies & cream, browned butter choc chip -$24/dozen

•Specialty Cookies - Stuffed, frosted, cookie sandwiches, pretzel/caramel - $28/dozen+

🎨 Decorated Sugar Cookies ~ (Royal Icing – per cookie pricing)

•Mini (1–2") - Accent pieces, simple shapes - $2–3 each

•Small (2.5–3") - Simple detail, 1–2 colors - $3.50–4.50

•Standard (3–4") - Moderate detail, 3+ colors, florals, writing - $5–6.50

•Detailed/Custom-Logos, characters, textured, intricate work - $7–9+ each

(Minimum 1 dozen per order.) Individually bagged cookies add $0.50–$1 each.

•Smash Cake - two stacked cupcakes decorated to match, perfect for little hands & photos - $15

•4-inch Mini Cake - 2–4 servings - $28–35+

•7-inch Cake - 8–10 servings - $60–75+

•9-inch Cake - 12–14 servings - $80–100+

Add-ons like additional tiers, fillings, florals, themed decor, or premium flavors may increase final pricing.

Slice of the Week - Rotating flavor, individually packaged - $4/slice

💸 Deposits are due to confirm order, full payment will be due at time of pickup/delivery.

‼️ All deposits are non refundable. Full payments are non refundable unless a quality concern is proven & product is returned within 24 hours of purchase. ✅️
