Babygirl’s Cheesecakes & Treats

Non-refundable deposits are required to place an order and must be submitted within 24 hours. Half of the total is the deposit amount.

Deposits are only refunded if the owner of Babygirl’s Cheesecakes cancels the customer’s order.

Final payment is due at pickup/delivery.

Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance if not, there will be a rush fee added to the total.

Customers must state any allergies they may have. If there is an allergic reaction and customer was aware of allergies and did not make Babygirl’s Cheesecakes aware of allergies, Babygirl’s Cheesecakes is not responsible for any reactions, medical care, Work compensation, etc.
