POLICIES

Order must be placed 2-3 weeks from due date or extra fees will apply.

$35 rush fee for cupcakes/treats

$50 rush fee for custom cakes.

Extra fees will apply if order is placed under 7 days notice.

PAYMENTS

50% deposit due at time of booking. No deposit no order no exceptions!

The remaining balance is due the morning of pick up.

Payment methods accepted: Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and any major debit or credit cards.

REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable. You are allowed to change the event date once, but it must align within a reasonable date and time due to our busy schedule. No changes can be made to the original order unless you want to add something, then extra fees would apply. Add-ons would be based on availability.

PICK UP

Location of pick up is located in Roseville, MI.

Once deposit is made for order, I will provide the address.

Order must be picked up at time booked.

Holding fee of $15 per hour after pick up time will apply.

Cake instructions will be included with each order to take care of cake properly. Once order is picked up, the responsibility of the cake staying in tact will be on the customer.
