As an 8 year old little girl, I dreamed of having bake sales to earn money. I remember flipping through cookbooks to choose the recipes I wanted to bake to satisfy my cravings as well as make sales.

25 years later, I found myself searching for deliciously moist birthday cake just for me. To my surprise, I didn't find anything close to the cake I wanted. The one with the lovely buttery flavor and perfectly sweetened American buttercream. This quest lead me to months of searching recipes and adjusting them to make them my own. Once satisfied with the tastes, I spent months learning the art of cake decorating. I watched countless hours of decorating tutorials to learn flower making, crafting with fondant, piping buttercream, cake stacking, and much much more. I continue to seek every opportunity to improve daily in hopes of creating edible art my customers truly love.
